I've used this tea in my last two periods and honestly, it has reduced the pain significantly!!! Besides the fact that it tastes delicious, it truly has helped soften up some digestion issues as well as inflammation and pain throughout it. I usually get very very painful periods and I am including this tea now onwards ! 🥰
This is the best tea I’ve ever tried! I am an avid tea drinker but this tea is now my new favourite!
The health benefits of this tea are unmatched - I tried it on day 2 of my period (which is my most painful day) and it immediately subsided the pain. I never take painkillers on my period so this tea is so beneficial for those who hate to medicate when they have cramps. The tea helped with the symptoms of bloating and constipation, making me not feel like I’m dreading my next period!
I truly believe that everyone should have access to this tea. I felt a difference after 1 week of drinking it. And will be re-purchasing!
Thank you Miss Hindzz!
As someone with painful periods and in love with herbal tea , this tea has truly been amazing both in taste and with relieving my pain whilst on my cycle and induced better sleep and helps me relax .
I don’t really subscribe to painkillers etc as nothing really helps in my mind but I truly felt a difference after having just one cup of tea. Easy to make and I just kept adding water and honey to the leaves I love lemon too so added a lemon for my taste would highly recommend
